“I never had experience with weighted blanket before. So at first, I was confused. Some kind of weight training during sleeping. That was my joke. But anyway, it feels heavy to me, specially at my abdominal muscle area. Maybe I can get 6 pack during my sleeping.”
“I bought a different weighted blanket. They have a cotton and bamboo version. The city was hot and the bamboo was silky. I have cats and felt as if their nails would ruin it.I’m currently 190ish lbs and I tried up to 15 pounds and as low as 7lbs with the other brand. 15 was too heavy. I’m losing weight and wanted knew if the 15 was heavy now it won’t work when I’m 40lbs lighter. The 7 and 10lb was too light. So for this brand I went with 12lbs. It’s perfect.The turquoise is so pretty!The blanket is soft and the diamond pattern makes the glass beads stay in place better. They will still move around but it’s not as bad as the square pattern blankets.This came with the cover already on it. The zipper is nice and hidden. I’ve not used it yet for sleeping but I use it anytime I’m cuddling up.Today I was having a panic attack and it helped me get calm while meditating.The blanket is very snuggly and I’m considering a 15lb for me and hubby. He’s a lighter weight than me and has joint issues. He did say with the other blanket that felt too heavy.For reference we are not tall people so the length works out well. I’m 5’2”, he’s 5’3.5 (better count that .5).Wish they had the pink available or a blue. Will probably buy the gray for us to use together.”
“Someone gave me a really nice weighted blanket for a gift. It was larger than this one and weighed 20 pounds. I loved it except I couldn't manage it when I tried to make up the bed and fold it up. I knew I really needed a 15# according to recommended guidelines. I searched and found this one in turquoise but at 12#. Since my bedroom is coral and turquoise I decided to try it. It arrived very nicely packaged which would be great for gifting. I am more than pleased. It is a beautiful shade that looks great folded on the end of my bed during the day. Yet, it is light enough for me to spread out or fold up with ease. Plus it feels just the right weight for me. I am very pleased!”
