I'm sorry for your experience. If you could write directly to me then i can look into this for you. We only currently sell two GU10 spotlights, a 9w and 6w version, both with identical specs except the level of lumens and designed and manufactured by the same company.
So if you wouldn't mind send me the information about what has happened here, i can personally try and sort this out for you.
