Mr Tennant,
I apologise for the service you have received. We are mostly a family owned and run business and over the past two weeks i have faced a family emergency that has resulted in me being out of the office permanently. This means that during this period our service levels have no been up to their usual standards and i do apologise for that, it is completely my responsibility as my team have had to cover for my abscence.
The truth is we are out of stock of the product you have ordered and we failed to communicate this to you, mainly as i am the one who updates our stock levels on the system and the system showed the items were in stock.
I have refunded you for your order, and sent two Leo's in B22 as an apology. Not quite the same, but the same shape bulb and colour temperature.
If they are not suitable please donate them to someone who can use them and again, please accept my apology.
