Diese Tabletten bieten eine perfekte Mischung aus Natriumselenit, Selenmethionin und Selenhefe, was eine hervorragende Bioverfügbarkeit und Unterstützung meines Immunsystems sicherstellt. Immunsystem: Selen trägt zur Erhaltung normaler Haare und Nägel sowie zum Schutz der Zellen vor oxidativem Stress bei. Es unterstützt meine Schilddrüse, die sehr viele komplexe Vorgänge im Körper steuert. Dosierung und Eimmahme: Jede Tablette enthält 200 µg Selen, was ideal für eine tägliche Versorgung ist. “Just like Zinc and ‘B’ Vitamins, Selenium is required for many ‘protective’ processes throughout the body, and can help with oxidative stress. That’s why there’s a recommended daily amount, and also why it’s included in so many multi-vitamin supplements, so you just need-to make sure that you’re getting enough to feed the system on a daily basis. Any other sorts of major Selenium health claims, are just that; ‘claims’ at this juncture. The only controversy with supplement makers over the decades that I was in the industry, was ‘which’ form of Selenium was best, (there are more-than a couple of hundred, in-reality) but of the ones used for supplements, I see that the three main forms (that are ‘all’ still in-use today) are all in this Selenium ‘complex’ in one tiny tablet. And, whilst 200mcg is a lot of Selenium, it is a tiny amount to place in a tablet, and that’s probably the only reason why this supplement has a ‘bulking agent’; but that’s nothing to be alarmed about here. You should check with a medical practitioner to first check that it’s okay to consume Selenium, (not currently advisable if you’re pregnant, but you can check with your Doctor) and then also check that you’re not already consuming too much Selenium via any multivitamin supplements, or if your diet already consists of Brazil Nuts; as that’s another way to achieve your daily quota, but then those nuts will contain a lot of calories, compared-to basically ‘no calories’ in these small, and easy to consume tablets, which will also last a full year, so keep them in a dry, dark place to preserve their potency. The packaging doesn’t tell you whether you’re supposed-to take this with or without food; but I’d take it ‘with or after’ food to avoid any potential stomach issues, (especially if you’re new to consuming Selenium) and take it with a reasonable amount of water, or with other supplements; as sometimes Selenium (as most supplements do) can work better when combined with other supplements, and Selenium works well with Vitamin ‘E’ and ‘C’. This product is also double-sealed for your protection, too; but I’d like to see evidence of the external testing ‘Certificate of Analysis’ that guarantees the quality and potency of this particular product. As I may be quite blind, but I cannot see any reference to this lab-data on either the website listing or even the packaging itself, which is a bit strange, considering that WFN is so forcefully promoting this factor through their principal sales-marketing. I’ve suffered no-adverse reactions to consuming these Selenium tablets, and as long as the price doesn’t suddenly increase; then they will be a good-value way of getting enough Selenium into your daily diet.”

“My way of taking selenium used to be eating brazil nuts, which I still do regularly, but the fact they are so full of calories and I am overweight deters me. This is a very good way of getting enough selenium, it is a lot cheaper, you do not need to worry about calories or your weight NOR having too much selenium in your body at one time - which can happen.”

“Es sind Selentabletten. Sie sind geruchs und geschmacksneutral. Sie sind gluten u lacrosefrei. Einfach einzunehmen mit Wasser. Gut für mein Schilddrüssenhormon. Täglich 1 Tablette. Reicht das ganze Jahr. Selen ist such viel in Kürbis, aber das ist so schwer zum schneiden.”
