“I'm torn. I love the hoodie, but the stitching keeps failing. I received this super comfy hoodie as a Christmas gift from my wife after seeing it advertised on IG. The product and the company's commitment to the forests and nature made me want to rep their gear. Sadly, by April the stitching on one of the shoulder seams began to separate. WT quickly sent me a replacement and after receiving it yesterday, I noticed that the same type of seam separation was already occurring at the bottom of the brand-new replacement. I love the product, but I feel like a hypocrite asking to send another one to waste more carbon and more materials. I'm in a tough spot. I'm a sucker if I do nothing, but I'm a contributor to the problem if I ask for another one. I'm thinking I will find someone that can mend it and be done with it. I hope this is a one-off, but the quality of this product was not what I expected. -Greg”

“Bought that cute shirt in XL, but it was very “fit” especially at arm part. I am 6 ft tall and the XL size ran short. Have exchanged to XXL.”
