“Turn around time was great; the sweatshirt is so soft and wonderful. Customer service really cares about their customers. The sweatshirt runs a little small. I got an extra small and I am not very big. Next time I will order a small.”

“I purchased a Wild Tribute size small sweatshirt while I was at Grand Teton NP earlier this fall. I loved it so much that I wanted another, so I went to the website and found this, which I purchased. I love the color, and the print, but the size is completely different than the small I bought at the park. I'm pretty tiny, so the size small was already roomy, but this one fits like a medium, which is pretty huge on me. I kept it because of shipping times and the hassle of sending things back, but I wish it was consistent with the size of the one I bought previously. All that said, if you're new to this brand and wondering if you should buy - definitely do! These are the softest sweatshirts I've ever owned!”

“customer service is excellent. I had ordered a XL.... it was too snug, return was a breeze .... the XXL fits, but by no means is it roomy as an XXL would normally be. I'm a large woman, and typically an XXL would hang loosely. The hoody is so soft and cozy. The design is so cool !!”
