“I ordered a large based on the sizing chart but too tight. I'm 5'7 145#. Didn't want to hassle with returning so gave as a gift instead. The material is soft and washes well. Unless you are very fit I would recommend ordering up at least one size or seeing if the same design is in mens shirt.”
