“I purchased the Risaik Blueberry as my first pair of Wildling shoes, they are extremely comfortable, flexible, and it's incredible how much more I can feel every intricacy of the surfaces I walk on. These have instantly become my favorite shoe and I honestly can't wait to pick up a few more pairs for myself and my family. I did have a small defect on both shoes where the sole started to peel away from the shoe after only wearing for 3 or 4 days, Customer Service was extremely polite, respectful, helpful, and provided several options to compensate me for the issue I encountered. I opted to repair them myself with flexible shoe adhesive, as the defect is minimal and easy to repair. In return Wildling offered a discount for their web store on a future purchase, which I sincerely appreciate. They did also offer a full refund, the option for full compensation to have a cobbler repair the shoe for me, or the option for a straight replacement with another pair of the same model. Sadly, this last option wasn't a possibility due to the Risaik being out of stock, but I appreciate their honesty and transparency regarding a shoe model that isn't part of their Essential line and I didn't expect them to have an abundance of stock.”
