“Ullig Sten is a wonderful shoe. I've always loved Wildling's wool options, and also have the Emmer and Chestnut. This model feels a little thicker and heavier than the others, but it is still very lightweight. It's also my first Wildling with the Shell sole. I look forward to being able to wear these on some days I previously would have opted for a different shoe due to light snow or wet conditions, etc...
The wool shoes are good at regulating temperature and moisture year-round and are definitely my favorite option in Fall, when it gets cooler and dry outside.
Fit is perfect. I follow EUR sizing, as I find that more accurate than US Men's (I'm usually either a US Men's 12 or EU 45, and they don't translate equally all the time. The EU 45 is the more comfortable fit for me, so I buy US M11 in Wildling)”
