“Okay, I admit it, I have by now accumulated a LOT of toys including a number of vibrators but if someone put a gun to my head and asked me to pick just one vibe to keep I would, without hesitation, pick this one. I've had it quite a while now but it was a present from my other half - birthday or christmas I think. It arrived swiftly as with all my ST orders, discreetly which was a boon in shared accommodation. The vibrator itself was beautifully packaged, in a strong card box, well presented and moulded holder with a soft pearly carry bag and charger. It is sleek and elegant, and though it is hard silicone I was surprised at how 'soft' the shaft feels and how smooth, the one aesthetic flaw which I would expect to be without in a high-end product is the 'seam' in the handle. Such a basic thing, please Lelo fix it in future models? Still this is a minor consideration. The vibrations initially are almost imperceptible (lowest settings) but there are a huge variety and most are most definitely noticeable! I forget how many functions it has (must go and check again ;) ) however there is one control pad about the size of my thumb pad, points of the compass controlling stronger/ weaker, next function/ last function. Think texting. Very simple and efficient, I appreciate efficiency in general. The shaft will appear initially as small, it would be well suited for the smaller lass. Don't dismiss it on size though, it is far better than some of my more substantial toys and almost silent at that, though there is a high pitched hum which most don't notice but if your hearing is sensitive may bother you after a longer session. It is feminine, utterly unthreatening so if a partner may be threatened by a nine&quot realistic cock vibe this would be a gentle introduction into the world of toys without compromising on quality or effectiveness. I found it very well shaped, however a little lube may be useful if wishing to insert the sort of bulb shown at the end, I personally appreciate this feature (which is more of an oval than a circle which isn't shown well in the picture) It has a gentle curve and is fantastic as a clit vibe requiring minimal effort and control, and is easy to use with a partner without being in the way. It doesn't arrive with charge, which is slightly irritating as you immediately want to go and try it out, and the circle around the control pad flashes white when charging. It *does* hold charge surprisingly well which may have the side effect of forgetting to charge it! No raking out for or expenditure on batteries which is brilliant, takes falls well (though you won't want to drop it frequently). Easy storage and definitely my vibrator of choice. It is true that you can find good quality cheap vibes and sometimes hit the jackpot so to speak, but really there is an element of getting what you pay for and with Lelo you really do. Incidentally my husband has nicked this on occasion and appreciates it for use on both of us. It has sustained absolutely no damage despite frequent use for a good while now, and a couple of house moves. All in all well worth it, if I had any criticisms they would be the light flashing while charging but this does ensure you know the socket is switched on so is at least practical, the lack of charge when it arrives and the seam. Other than that it really is almost faultless. Feels wonderful in use and out, subtle, well designed. Well done Lelo! Pros Feel, aesthetics, efficiency, effectiveness, simplicity, versatility and variety. Cons The seam, ease with which I lose my charger, occasionally has died at inopportune moments. Bottom Line Fantastic. Brilliant toy, lasts well, good design. Smooth and satin soft.”

“I remember the day I got this toy. It was over three years ago and even back then I had a lot of toys under my belt. I had high expectations of this toy, mainly because of the price, but also because I had read good reviews for it, and I hoped that people hadn't lead me wrong. I should never have worried. From the first time I took it out of its box, I could see and feel the quality that I now know comes with every Lelo product. It came well presented in a seed-free black box. The feel of its silicone was velvety soft. I knew I was falling for this toy bad. After leaving it on charge for what felt like forever (just for the first charge, it now charges within an hour every time), I was ready to see what Gigi could do, and it didn't disappoint! I found myself impressed with its multiple vibration speeds and pulse modes(all much quieter than most toys I had tried before). Three years on my love affair with Gigi is still going strong. Yes, I have dozens of other toys to choose from, but when I want reliable strong vibrations that will get the job done without any of the hassle with batteries, or fear of diminishing power at that all important moment, this is the toy I reach for. The one flaw I have found with the Gigi is that, because it keeps good power up until the moment it completely loses charge, there is no indication of how close it is to losing charge until one second before it stops when a red light on its controls flashes. It would be be nice if the Gigi could show that red flash earlier, giving you more notice of whats to come. I had my own solution to this problem. I bought Gigi a sister, the Lelo Mona, which I keep on standby to take over in such emergencies.”

“I've had a Lelo Nea for a long time, and loved it, so I had high hopes for the Gigi. And in that sense, I wasn't disappointed, it's high quality, quiet as promised, fairly powerful, rechargeable (which is most definitely the way forward!), and beautifully packaged... but, it's just too small. Doesn't hit the spot for me at all, too short and thin. I have a Tantus Silk Large dildo which is brilliant size-wise, I only wish there was similar-sized Lelo. The Gigi, for all it's fantastic charms, has never gotten me off - and god knows I've tried. If it was about double the size and girth, it'd be amazing, but it's just too petite for me.”

“Once it is fully charged, you turn the Gigi on by using the panel on the front. To turn the vibe on, you hold the plus button down for a few seconds, this button also increases the speed of the vibrations. Unlike most other vibrations where you have 3 speeds and a few patterns with this vibe, you can choose your pattern and your speed. The Up and Down arrows scroll through the patterns, when you reach the final pattern rather than going back to the start again you need to scroll back down to it, this is possibly the only thing that I didn't like about this toy and is a very minor thing. The plus and minus button adjust the speed, holding the minus button also turns the Gigi off, if you want to lock it then you hold the panel for a few seconds, but I have found that just using the minus button to switch it off is usually enough. The vibe is slightly smaller than I was expecting but it is a nice size, the white control panel sitting just under your thumb when you are using it making it easily controllable. The head of the Gigi is shaped perfectly for me, it pushes right against the g-spot when been used internally but as it is flat it also works equally well against the clit, making this a fantastic all rounder. It is also remarkably quiet, making it perfect for anyone who shares a house. Although this vibe is probably a bit more expensive than its battery operated equals, it easily makes up for it in the fact that it is rechargeable, not only does it mean that you won't be endlessly needing to change batteries, or having to deal with the vibrator running down mid use as you can keep it topped up, but it is also a lot lighter than a battery operated toy as there isn't the weight of the battery to add to the toy. The material that the business end of the Gigi is made out of is silicone and it feels really soft and tactile, once I picked it up I didn't want to put it down. I just love the feel of the head of the toy, the shape and the warmth of the silicone really is something that you need to feel to understand. Please note that silicone toys should not be used with silicone lubricant and should be stored separately from other toys to prevent them from reacting with each other and melting, nothing worse than your favourite toy been spoiled because of incorrect storage or lube. The storage pouch which is provided with this toy is the perfect accessory to make sure that this doesn't happen. The Vibrations on this toy are good, they are nice and deep and powerful, in fact given its size it is a really powerful toy, they do not buzz so much as throb meaning that they feel lovely and deep. Overall, I am in love with this vibrator, the shape is lovely making it a perfect toy for both clit and g-spot stimulation, the vibrations go from nice and gentle to strong and throbbing. The charge lasts well and the panel is nice and easy to use. The little storage pouch is just the perfect finishing touch.”
