“The shoe is great but the sizing is off. It runs large when compared to other Winner shoes. Now I have to exchange it for a size down and have to pay for return shipping. There is an option to exchange it in store but Wittner no longer has any stores located a reasonable distance from me. I live in Sydney's east and work in the city, so it's amazing that there is not one store that is nearby. If this is the case, I should not have to pay for return shipping. Disapointed and unlikely to purchase online from Wittner again... and given that there are no stores near me, I'm unlikely to purchase from them at all.”
