“Terrible customer service. I ordered from NZ for a wedding and Needed an exchange for a different size, called a local store as had no exchange card in shoe box, to ensure I could get a larger size. Told that best I call customer service in Australia as their online policy was no guarantee that they would exchange due to their discretionary policy. To therefore phone their customer service prior to sending back. Called several times, no answer just an answering message, with leave one message, dont email as well as phone, and no one called me back at all. I needed urgently so had to purchase another pair in a larger size (due to the wedding party in the same shoes) and now have two pairs different sizes. I wasnt prepared to pay more postage back to Australia and not know if they would send a larger pair. Love the shoes, not their customer service. Terrible.”

“Sandals good but delivery wasn't!! I paid WITTNER $10 for 1-3 day EXPRESS delivery & it was late!! I paid for a service that WITTNER DID NOT deliver therefore I should get a refund!!”
