“Loved the shoe, but the ankle strap was MUCH too short to wrap around my ankle and so dug in to my skin. I could have had a new hole put in, but I figured not my responsibility to be doing this and there would have been little length remaining. Also I used a code to access my $30 membership reward, but on returning the shoes I was advised by the lovely salesgirl that this reduction could not be retained and used for a further purchase. I think this is disappointing especially as I buy regularly from Wittner.”
