“You emailed me asking for a review. I'm not sure you want this one. The shoes are probably excellent. Ordered for click & collect, (gift for wife) to pick up on next trip to the city. We live in rural Australia - 250 km from Wittners store. Picked them up but had ordered the wrong size - found out on Christmas Day. Called Wittners and was told they would not hold a larger pair for me as I would not be in the city for another week and a half to swap them over. Company policy! But I could pay for the larger pair with Click & Collect and they would then hold them. Does customer service still exist in retail businesses? Awful customer experience. When I do get back to the city, if they have a pair the right size to swap - well and good. If not I'll get my money refunded. Either way, no matter how good their products are, I will not shop at Wittners again.”
