“Cannot begin to describe the disappointment in the whole experience. I was tricked into making a full price purchase and now I cannot even get customer service for a refund. I have to go to a shop and insist on a refund that way. Going to a shop wasn't an option when I made the purchase and is an absolute inconvenience now. Really bad experience. Really bitter taste.”
