“Hi, Upon receiving this item, while the shoes are lovely, I was disappointed that they do not fit. I tried to return them in store in Parramatta for a credit note and was advised that due to final sale, this is not possible. I wish this had been clearer on the website where the actual shoes are posted. I probably would not have purchased knowing that they cannot be returned even for a credit note. I am a loyal customer and have purchased around 4 pairs of shoes this year alone. I have always felt comfortable purchasing from this brand knowing that you have a good return and exchange policy and a great customer focus. Is there any way I can take the shoes back to store for a credit note that I can use on another pair? It is wasteful to have these shoes that I cannot wear. I emailed customer service 6 days ago and still have not received a response.”
