“Initially purchased size 40 online which was too big. I then purchased size 39 and when I returned the large size to the store which is quite a distance from my home, I was extremely disappointed by Wittner's policy of no refunds or gift card in lieu of credit and was forced to take another pair of shoes instead. Given that Wittner has one store in Perth, I found this extremely frustrating. I left the store with the same shoe in another colour and vowed not to shop at Wittner again.”
