“I only wore them once and the lace tab came off the top. I am still waiting to get a response from the customer service team, it is now two week and it is not resolved. I have sent numerous emails, called the support number which has a full in box I feel very frustrated at the moment with the services provided I have been a loyal customer for many years and have never had any complaints.”
