“Very disappointed on Wittners response when i complained about how this shoe does not sit well around the ankle - i have purchased many pairs from them and not once requested to return a pair that i do not like. Not only did they not allow a refund but they would not even offer store credit so i can purchase another pair!!! As a consumer we should have the rights to return items if it is not to our satisfaction. I definitely will not be a returning customer nor would l recommend this company.”
