“This shoe is beautifully crafted and looks amazing. I’d love to leave some feedback in regards to my experience purchasing these shoes. As a lover of Wittner shoes who lives in a regional town I have always loved buying shoes from wittner stores when I visit bigger cities. When I spotted Elsa online i happily bought her online and paid full price as she was beautiful. When they arrived I recommended them to a friend and went online to point them out. I was most disappointed when I noticed there was a 20% sale and I had only received them the day before !! When I emailed the support line asking for a price comparison credit or refund I received a reply explaining the system was unable to do such a transaction . This was disappointing as I know many retailers who operate with a price comparison policy. Its can be a simple after sale service to keep your loyal customers happy.”
