“Absolutely terrible experience with the brand. I bought the boots in June and they didn’t fit. I sent them back and have since been trying to get a credit note or information as to when new stock will be coming out so I can exchange. They don’t reply to emails, don’t do credit notes and basically told me to stop contacting them. So 3 months and I have no idea if I will get my $160 back”
