“I am still waiting on communication regarding my Lucca Black Kitten Heel Ankle Boots..... I love the appearance of the shoe but must write a poor review because I got sent a size that was TOO small. I wanted to exchange but have not heard back about a shipping label. Shipping from the United States to Australia costs $400USD. I am very upset because I spent about $200 for these shoes and I was very excited about them but it looks like I will not be able to enjoy them.”
