“I have not received my boots and logged a request for refund or new pair be sent out with no reply from your office whatsoever. The head office phone is never answered and diverts to automated message that no support agents are available to take your call!! I have sent several emails and have had one reply only. Very very poor service and I will not be ordering from your company again. Aus post have confirmed that the parcel has been lost it is now your duty of care to refund or send me a new pair Not a happy customer I paid for the good early November and still without them but yet you send me a review. What a joke. If you don’t refund or provide a new pair this week I will be taking the matter further to the ACCC.”
