“Very disappointed in the fit of this ankle boot and the taupe colour. Due to Wittner's new online refund/exchange policy (May 2025) I was not entitled to a refund, an exchange for a different shoe or a credit voucher. They exchanged it for a bigger size however it made no difference as the boot didn't suit my foot!! So I am left to try and on sell it myself. Never will I order Wittner online again!”
