Absolutely wrong designs shoes and customer service is really poor. I am asking Wittner to give me at least a refund voucher. Please see my communication below. Dear Wittner, I received the boots called biscotti Napa Leather size 42. The order was online. Unfortunately I am unable to wear these boots due to a design. It’s too high on my ankle and it cut in when I put it on and walk. I um not able to wear it at all. Due to online order, I wasn’t able to try it.
