“Boot too high on the leg and very uncomfortable, when I emailed that I would be needing to return I was told I couldn’t return them, at no point was it clear that these boots could not be returned, very disappointed, I will Not be purchasing online from wittner again, I will only purchase from in store if I can try on the shoe first, this can be very inconvenient as I have a size 11 foot and it’s very difficult to get my size in some stores”
