“I am more than happy with my order, thank you! I ordered the duck feather bolster pillow in super king size and decided after receiving it very swiftly, that it was too large. I called Woods Fine Linens and asked them if I could exchange it. Their customer service was excellent, I returned the super king size pillow, was refunded, and a new one was sent out immediately. I cannot fault the customer service. I also must mention the packaging as I absolutely loved it! My pillow was all wrapped up in brown paper and string, which in these times was so refreshing to see. Wonderful. I would highly recommend Woods Fine Linens and will shop there again!”
