“The instructions were essentially non existent. The only valid information provided was from the Woodworkers catalog which did not cover the 75 degree opening configuration which the cabinet required. I modeled the stay configuration before installing in the cabinet. From the model, I was able to determine the exact install positions on the supports. After all that, the stay works fine. I installed 2 stays due to the load. Bottom line: I recommend your staff attempt to install the stay in a 75 degree opening from the instructions provided. If you cannot, contact me and I will provide a pic of the modeling I performed. Good luck.”
