“I measured my feet using the site's instructions. The sizing seemed incorrect based on other European-sized shoes in my closet. I emailed to ask which size to purchase (using site measurement instuctions, which had me between a 37 and a 38, or other brand items I own, which are all 39). I was advised to follow the site instructions for proper fit. I ordered a 38, even though all the shoes in my closet are 39. The 38 was too small (my big toe was pressing up against the front of the slipper), and I returned them. Size 39 was all sold out, so I waited for restocking. When I received the 39, it was much too large. It was returned. So...the slipper seemed fairly soft and quite well made. However, with the sizing issues, I wasn't able to fully evaluate it.”
