“My ballerina slippers are pretty, not heavy or bulky but they still keep my feet warm enough! They have a removable insole which allows me to clean if they get sweaty (following the specific instructions of course since they are real wool). Also, I required assistance from customer service and Sven was very helpful and resolved my issue quickly. All in all 5 stars for these reasons!!”
