For starters, it arrived way quicker than I expected (Packaging could have been a little better because the handling by the postie was shocking). The amounts in the tubes was beyond generous! And the application was quick, easy and painless (no burning). Not the mention the smell of the product is pretty heavenly! I followed introductions and watched as my hair literally vanished...?!?!?!
