“I left this on for the full 6 minutes as i have quite corse dark hair and this products just left me VERY patchy and quite sore like razor burn (i did my patch test with no reaction). Does half a job i ended up having to shave, and i used about 1/3 of the tube for one application on the under carriage and lower legs, witch makes this product expensive for the amount of usage you get. Also this doesn't smell great at all.”
“Stupidly didn’t order another tube before running out. I then shaved for the first time in months and it made me realise how much I love this product.
The best thing for me is that you don’t get those ingrown hairs, the painful rash, itching etc that you get after shaving. My hairs grow back finer after using this, so the more I use it the more effective it is.
Please persevere if you’re not getting the results you hoped for. It took me a couple of tries to find the best length of time to leave the cream on (6 mins works for me) and to apply the right pressure when removing the cream (I also remove before getting in the shower). It doesn’t always get every single hair so i follow up with a quick pluck, but I think the pros here far outweigh the cons. And it really does leave your skin so silky smooth! (I also use the soothing balm which is so lush, can’t recommend it enough!)”
“So, I bought a tube of this around a month or so ago... at first I thought it was amazing, seemed to do everything it was promising, however last night I used it again (for around the fifth time) did nothing different to how I have before, followed the instructions as I normally do only this time as I was washing it off I started to burn, I got out of the shower and realised, I was badly burnt to the point where I was actually bleeding, today... I cant sit down, going to the toilet is excruciating, I have to have a cream with local anesthetic to try and soothe it, it keeps bleeding and I now can't wear jeans or anything other than cotton underwear for as long as it takes to heal, I cant understand how it could be fine for so long and then suddenly burn me like that. I think I'll go back to shaving as tedious as it is, the worst I've got with that is an annoying rash not a full blown chemical burn”
“This product is amazing it’s not like your normal hair removal creams at all. The smell is lovely and doesn’t have a tingly prickly sensation when you put it on. It removed all of my hair down there so quickly even though it wasn’t every long as I had only shaved a week ago.
I’m the girl that whenever I shave down there only two days later it grows back and it incredibly itchy and covered in shaving rash despite exfoliating and using tons of shaving cream with a new razor. I would of used the rest of the bottle but probably not ordered another.

“I was dubious when I first opened and applied it because it smelt like the nair I had used before but it was perfect, first try only left a couple of hairs (which I anticipated because I can't really see what I'm doing or how much is applied in different areas to get an even layer). I couldn't believe how well it worked- no burning, no reapplying- all came off amazingly. Used on groin/ bikini line and a bit towards the back, will definitely be using again!”

“This has been my best personal care purchase ever! I love having dark hair and great eyebrows but it means I’m hairy everywhere else - not so lovely. This has solved all of that and my bum is de-fuzzed and razor burn free!!
I personally leave it on a lot longer than the tube suggests because I have worked out that gets the best results and doesn’t hurt my skin (15 mins or so). It’s also best not to write it off after the first try - I found the second time I used it all over gave a better result as my hair was less stubbly as I hadn’t shaved. I don’t use it over the coarsest hairs as I leave a landing strip but it works wonders everywhere else. Definitely recommend to all my unruly brunettes”
