“Still not convinced the product actually works as it failed to start a vehicle with a completely flat battery. Customer service response to queries is excellent, but as they have indicated the product requires the battery to have some charge to be able to work, I am left a little uneasy and unable to verify if the Smartbox will work if it is required to do so again.”
