“I’ve purchased this a couple of times now. It’s a bit sweeter and a little less rich tasting than other white chocolate couvertures I’ve tried but the quality is still very good for the price. I haven’t molded it yet but have had great success using it in ganaches. I just cut the sweetness with a little pink salt. I will continue to buy this periodically.”
“I needed a white chocolate with a substantial percentage of cocoa butter as an ingredient - this fit the bill perfectly. It melted wonderfully. My peppermint bark was fabulous, the layers did not slip away from each other as promised. There was a bit of a wait time for delivery but I chalked it up to the holidays (my own fault).”
