“Perfectly ok (it is quite expensive though). However, as a home bean-to-bar maker, I would like to point out that the information on the packaging is really weird: 19 g of sugar per 100 g is essentially unheard-of for white chocolate, and it can not be the first ingredient when there are only 3!
Moreover, Amedei seems to confuse total sugar with added sugar, therefore ignoring lactose in milk powder... therefore underestimating sugar content by approx. 10 g (per 100 g), potentially in every milk chocolate bar they sell.”
