“This bar is white chocolate that is made with caramelized whole powdered milk and caramelized organic cane sugar. These impart on the bar a beautiful color like browned butter. The caramelized ingredients create a delightful caramel flavor. However, the mouth-feel is a little gritty which distracts from the wonderful flavor. I would definitely get the bar again.”
