“I loved the taste of this chocolate for baking, ganache for my desserts. The flavor is not very bitter, smooth, creamy. If you melt it add a pinch of salt, crushed instant coffee, a dash of half n half, a dash of honey you will have a yummy silky ganache. Its yummy forsure. Also the customer service is great, my package arrived so fast.”
“After trying several Belcolade chocolate wafers, this one is very good. Has overtones of vanilla and is not bitter. I prefer milk chocolate to dark however I prefer this (60. 5%) to the 34% milk chocolate. Excellent for eating by itself, for hot chocolate or baking. It's still second to 55% Belcolade but I like it!”
