“ After trying several formulations of Belcolade chocolate, this is the winner. I prefer milk chocolate over dark but this was amazing and better, in my opinion, than the 34% milk chocolate. You can it eat on it's own, use it in baking or hot chocolate and can't go wrong. I've tried other high-end chocolate brands and Belcolade 55% is the absolute best!”
