“I purchased these chocolate discs to try my hand at making molded chocolates. I followed tempering instructions that a friend gave me. My 1st try not able to release from mold; on my 2nd try the chocolate did release from the polycarbonate mold! This is a really nice tasting chocolate and a good snack too!”
