“Bonnat Madagascar 75% is extremely smooth, with a slowish melt. It has a very good, strong chocolate flavor that seems darker than 75%.”

“It was good dark chocolate, rich and dense. It was very crumbly and the sweetness was right. However it just didn't hit the mark; it was too hard, biting into it was a chore, and the crumbly nature of it made it inconsistent in taste.”
