“I've yet to find a Chocolat Bonnat bar that I don't care for. The creamy texture of their bars are outstanding compared to other chocolate makers. I still haven't found a bar with much complexity. What flavors they do have are solid. This bar has a pleasant chocolate flavor. At 65% it's not too dark for those who like a lighter dark chocolate.”
