“This is a quintessential Bonnat bar- selecting the best Criollo beans from Madagascar in a silky smooth (but not waxy) finish, with all the appropriate citrusy undertones to the beans and origin source you would expect from the best chocolatiers. I would put this bar on par with their Porcelana, and a notch above their standard Madagascar (white wrapper- non-criollo)- which is saying a LOT! The consummate chocolate connoisseur, or anyone who loves great and unique, deep chocolatey flavor for that matter, cannot go wrong with this bar.”
