“I know I said that about the 70.5% but as I said in that review, I combine equal amounts of 70.5% and this 100% to bring the mixture up to 85.25%. It makes very smooth chocolates (I refuse to call them candy!) and enhances any fillings or nuts I add. I also love putting a dash of my hand gathered sea salt on top to really pop the flavor.”
