I bought the Callebaut dark couverture chocolate callets for my daughter's Valentine's Day giving. . . about 45 chocolate frogs later (Harry Potter-themed, of course!) she had multiple compliments and new HP converts. The chocolate was delicious, easy to work with, and the customer service was absolutely outstanding. I so appreciate the help getting the chocolate quickly so that we could finish our project on time!

Fast order processing and delivery. This callet blend made my best truffle filling EVER. The recipe of 3/4 cup heavy cream, 8 ounces valleys with 3 tablespoons of liqueur produced velvety, melt in your mouth filling. The chocolate flavor was balanced and allowed the subtle liqueur flavor to shine through.

Great dark chocolate given what I enjoy in overall sweetness. Great for truffle making. So smooth with wonderful flavor. Excellent delayed shipping to ensure we were home. No melt packaging. Will buy again.

I make a quasi-cheater fudge (i.e. no marshmallow fluff, but not the traditional method). Switching from bars to the callets was a game changer - same properties/behavior as bar chocolate without all the chopping. Considering that the fudge recipe takes 1+ lbs. of chocolate that's a serious chunk of time (and mess) saved.
