“I purchased this solely for the purpose to make chocolate covered Graham cracker cookies. This ice chocolate is the most fluid of the chocolates sold, so should leave a nice thin coating. I have not dipped any cookies yet. The. chocolate itself is not the tastiest I’ve had: I plan to blend with another chocolate to try to get the best of both worlds: fluidity and flavor.”
