Bought this to try making caramelized white chocolate, which I've been dying to try! You need to use a good quality white chocolate (i.e. higher cocoa butter content, so I figured Callebaut was worth the splurge.

Chocolate arrivals in Florida in the summer with out melting! Excellent white , cream , rich chocolate. Best white chocolate for taste and creating white ganache.
