One of my favorite chocolates. Nothing beats a good dark chocolate flavor. Easy to work with and good viscosity for shell truffles. I made also the dripping ganache with the same chocolate. Can’t wait to experiment more with that chocolate. Love it! Thank you WWC for fast shipping and excellent product.

My go-to baking chocolate In my kitchen: intense, clean chocolate flavor that melts and tempers easily with no waxy mouthfeel like some of the domestic chocolates. It has the perfect sugar content to snack on or to put directly into making a truly spectacular chocolate chip cookie ! I routinely use this product to create intense chocolate brownies, cakes, puddings and soufflés. The 5 kilo bag is a great size and reasonably priced.
