“In order to get the fluidity I wanted, I did add just a bit of cocoa butter…the taste is mild with a hint of “coolness”, a pleasure to work with. The flavor profile is one enjoyed by friends who don’t usually prefer dark chocolate.

The fluidity could be looser, but I usually remedy the fluidity by adding cocoa butter pellets if it’s too think.
