“The Dolfin 60% Ginger gradually develops a strong ginger taste, with a bit of an after-burn. By the end, a bit more ginger than I like. I prefer Domori 70% dark with ginger; the chocolate is stronger, with a nice, mild ginger. Both have small, fine grains as it melts.”

“My evening treat is one piece of chocolate. I eat it very slowly and let the tiny bites melt on my tongue. I love the 60% Chocolate Bar with Ginger because of the slightly Spivey taste of the ginger that remains after the chocolate has melted.”
