“I ordered these thinking they were lecithin free, and they are not. They have soy lecithin in them. They also have crunchy bits in them, so actual tea in the Earl Grey, mint leaves in the mint, and lavender buds in the lavender. There’s also lavender oil in the lavender bar, which makes it taste too soapy. I was disappointed with these in general.”
“The 60% Lemon & Ginger has a wonderful lemon taste at the start, and then combines with a mild ginger flavor. There are small, hard grains as the chocolate melts, perhaps from the lemon, since their ginger-only bar has twice as much ginger but not the hard grains. I wish they would make a bar with only lemon oil!”
